Maybe I’m just wired differently?
Can someone please explain this…because it just doesn’t make sense to me.
I get messages from people all day long that are frustrated with the way they look and feel and want to change. They’re uncomfortable with the way their clothes fit are tired of looking at a closet full of clothes that they can’t wear.
So after giving a solution to their problem, the response:
“Great, that’s exactly what I need. I think I’ll wait until January because the holidays are coming and I’ll be tempted!”
Does that sound logical???
Correct me if I’m wrong, but the “Holidays” for most are only 3 days!
I’ll even give you an extra day for each, making it 6 DAYS!!!
So you’re going to give up on looking and feeling good for the holidays, all because you might be tempted for 3-6 days out of 60???
Don’t get me wrong, I love the holidays, food and cocktails that go with them…and I do enjoy myself!
Here’s the difference. I enjoy myself, eat and drink what I want and then get right back on track the next day. It’s called a cheat meal or a cheat day….not a cheat SEASON!!!
I wish people would realize how far along in their goals they could be, how they would look and feel, if they started a new routine NOW and not in 60 days!
Heck, you could be 10 pounds heavier in 10 days!!!
What would that look and feel like? Not good, I’m sure!!!
I lost 35 pounds and 46 inches in 90 days!
What could you do in 30, 60 or even 90 days?
Does it really make sense to wait?
