Halloween is next week and we all know what that means….Thanksgiving is right around the corner! YOU HAVE A CHOICE…you can give into temptation and overindulge on holiday treats leading up to the big day or you can TAKE CONTROL RIGHT NOW! Join my (non traditional) TURKEY TROT for the 28 days leading up to Thanksgiving and I’ll keep you motivated and accountable to your goals.
