If you’ve ever been in one of my challenge groups or have asked me advice on losing weight, you’ll know that this is the number one habit that I stress…DRINK MORE WATER!!!
From your skin, hair and nails, to your digestive system and metabolism….THE BENEFITS ARE AMAZING!!! Put down the soda, coffee drinks, juices and flavored waters…none of them will do for you what WATER will. Actually, they wind up hurting you both short term and in the long run! I have experienced it myself and seen it first hand with my challengers. One particular 21 Day Fix participant gave up her soda and just drank water. On day THREE it was hard NOT to notice the difference in her skin….SHE WAS GLOWING!!!
Here are some tips that I share in with my Challenge groups:
1. Aim to drink a GALLON per day…Yes, I said a gallon!
2. Buy yourself a fancy new water bottle and take it EVERYWHERE!
3. If you need flavor, add a squeeze of lemon,cucumber or some fresh mint.
4. Keep track of how much you are drinking each day and try to increase.
5. Set a timer and drink 8 ounces every hour…it’s not a lot, trust me 🙂
