Need a quick and delicious salad?
~ Organic Arugula (Bagged and cleaned)
~ Hard boiled eggs
~ Shredded carrots
~ Chopped scallions
~ Raw sliced almonds
~ Drizzle with a little olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.
All items can be found at Trader Joe’s and super CHEAP!
Make a bunch a head of time and keep in the fridge (minus dressing) Add grilled c hicken or shrimp for a healthy lunch or dinner choice.
