Summer Begins WHEN????
May is the craziest month of the year (at least it feels that way!) With the kiddos spring sports, school winding down, activities, concerts, parties, etc…..I didn’t even realize that summer is right around the corner!

Summer is a time when we just want to kick back, relax and enjoy ourselves. Even though everyone wants to look and feel their best….Nobody wants to think about “dieting” and losing weight when you have a calendar full of BBQ’s and beach days.
